Once you submit your inquiry, we will get back to you to confirm availability.  We will book a venue tour and/or phone consultation at this time also.  From there we will provide you a contract to sign & a request for 25% of the rental cost due as a deposit due upon booking.  Your booking will only be confirmed once your deposit is paid & contract is signed.  

​The remaining 75% will be due no later than 30 days prior to your event.  This amount can be paid in multiple payments leading up to this date.
