BARN VENUE PACKAGE

SHORT & SWEET

  • Our rental package begins on the Friday before your special day at 11:00 a.m. to set up the barn and lasts until Sunday at 11:00 a.m. for cleaning and packing up. *

  • The entire 50 acres of venue grounds with multiple ceremony locations & photo opportunities

  • 4 different ceremony locations- or come and visit and scope out your own spot on our beautiful property that suits your vision! 

  • 3 different arbour options (triangle, square or circular)​​

  • Space for parking for more than 100 vehicles
  •  
  • Outdoor wooden ceremony benches
  •  
  • Plastic garden chairs

  • 4 outdoor cruiser tables
  •  
  • 18 Beautiful 8ft Maple Harvest Tables
  •  
  • Dark mahogany wood folding chairs with a black cushion

  • Multiple 5 ft and 8ft banquet tables for caterers, DJ's or any other needs you have (these tables require a linen).
  •  
  • Rustic Décor Items (lights already assembled on the posts, chandelier, wine barrels, cruiser tables, podium).
  •  
  • Dinnerware for up to 150 people. Your choice of vintage  plates or white plates, silverware, wine glasses, cups and saucers, water glasses, wine decanters, salt and pepper shakers).

  • Indoor washroom

Add-on's: (please contact us to discuss adding these options as you plan your day with us). 
  • Secondary outdoor bar location 
  • Extending stay in the farm house (we welcome couples to come and stay in the farm house a day or two prior or after your wedding or for your Sunday brunch- costs vary by need)
  • Propane for the portable heaters​
  • 1 day early access to the barn to set up
  • Black table cloths for cruiser tables or banquet tables
  • Taupe woven place setting napkins
  • Gold Chairs with white cushions
  • For guest counts over 115, there will be an additional $35 per person charge (including children). 
  • Hourly Bar operation costs: $100 an hour for less than 115 guests, $150 an hour for 115-150 guests (these fees include operative costs and in- house bartenders)

​When booking your event with us, here is a list of things that you will be resposible for:

  • Provincial alcohol license
  • Event liability insurance
  • Booking your own vendors such as (but not limited too) catering services, DJ, photographer, coordinator, florist, decorator
