Chairs

We offer dark mahogany coloured chairs with a black vinyl cushion for use inside the barn for your dinner & reception. If you require chairs for your ceremony or cocktail hour outside, we have white plastic chairs during this time.

Dinnerware

Our dinnerware offering at the venue includes:
Dinner plates (vintage or all-white options)
Dessert or salad plates (one or the other)
Silverware (forks, knives, and spoons) if you require dessert forks or steak knives please indicate this.
Wine glasses
Cups and saucers
Water glasses
Water decanters
Salt & pepper shakers

Please note: they will be closed and locked after the dinner/speeches except for photography requests as guests will be encouraged to go out the back doors.

Heating (for spring and fall weddings)

This will be evaluated with you closer to your date based on the weather.

Please have your master of ceremony make the following announcements:

proper sorting of recycling (empties, plastics in the appropriate bins and not in the garbage) this will help ensure that there is no extra cleaning fees related to this as identified in your contract
please explain the designated smoking area just out the back of the bar with the cigarette butt containers and that cigarette butts should be placed in the containers, nowhere else on the property.
That there is no smoking or vaping in the venue
If you are having a honeymoon fund jar, this needs to be explained to your guests to ensure they are aware that the money they donate is going directly to the couple, not the venue or the bartenders. Your jar should not say donation.
If you have made your own wine, your MC announces that the bar will be closed during the duration of dinner/speeches while the home made wine is on the tables. The bartenders are NOT able to accommodate any bar requests.
That under no circumstances should guests "cling" their glasses for the couple to kiss as we have had numerous glasses smash/crack on the tables over their own and others food and drinks.

Vendors

Please let us know who you have hired for vendors. If any of the aforementioned vendors are not applicable, you can skip that box. We ask that you also include the business name & either a phone number or email address for each of the applicable vendors below.

Daily Itinerary

We want to have an idea of what will be going on throughout your time renting the property, so we can be sure to have everything in place for you. Things to include here would be the specifics of where on the property you plan to have your ceremony, where you would like guests to be in between the ceremony and dinner, food trucks, trailer camping, & any other important details to make your day run smoothly.

Bartender Information

Please Note: depending on the requests you have for the bar, the arrival time for your bartenders will vary.

Please Note: As per your contract, you may only serve alcohol for a total of 8 hours. Bartenders arrival time to set up is not included in this time, or their time after the bar is closed until your guests leave. You have 7 hours included in your package. All additional hours will charged to you after the fact. Depending on your plans and number of guests, bartenders arrival time will vary. This will be discussed with Genielle when going over this form.

If yes, are you serving food for the cocktail hour? Please provide details and ensure you have plates, napkins, cutlery, serving platters and serving utensils for the food you are providing. The venue does not have extra stock to supply for this. *

If you are having wine on each of the tables, the bartenders will remove the corks for you.

Please Note: If your answer is yes, the bar must be closed for the duration that the home-made wine is on the tables. The 8 hours does not stop if you have closed your bar for homemade wine.

Open Bar Cash Bar Toonie Bar Honeymoon Fund (if you are having a honeymoon fund jar on the counter, this is the type of bar you need to select. In lieu of a tip jar a 15% gratuity for your bartenders will be added to your final bill based off of your initial LCBO receipts).
